The rates are available from Tuesday February 18th untill Friday February 21st. All other dates are upon request and subject to hotels' availability.
The provided rates are per room, per night, VAT, service & breakfast included. The city tax is excluded.

All hotel offer the possibility to the attendees to extend their stay at the same conditions, before and/or after the congress, upon availability.

The accommodation booking site will close one month before the congress. The specially reduced rates expire on Tuesday January 21st, 2020. After this time we cannot guarantee availability.
