Impact on Nurses private and professional life. Nurses speaking out about the personal experiences, loss, gains, sadness "what happened over the past year" with personal stories and testimonies. It is an afternoon of supporting, helping, catharsis, sharing, speaking out, being silent. It is a good opportunity to meet and greet in this activity and as we did also in an earlier event, starting with a moment of silent, remembering all our colleagues who have died and or lost family members during this very difficult year.
