Ercole Vellone
Ercole Vellone is Associate Professor of Nursing at Tor Vergata University of Rome, Italy. He as a long experience in nursing education and Cardiology. His main research area is self-care in heart failure and other chronic conditions and informal caregiver contribution to patient self-care. In this field, Prof. Vellone has received several research grants. Prof. Vellone is Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology and the American Academy of Nursing. He is the director of the Master degree in Intensive care and the Director of the doctoral program in nursing sciences and public health.
